Physician Recruitment & Retention Fund

We are collaborating with the Town of Amherst and the Community Navigator to support recruitment efforts beyond Nova Scotia for Cumberland County's healthcare facilities. Our focus is on attracting physicians and their families to Cumberland County, with the goal of achieving and maintaining a full complement of physicians in the area. We are also dedicated to providing the necessary support and resources to ensure a smooth transition and enhance their residency experience in our community.
